2000 – Itaipava - Petrópolis – 6,537 sq. mtrs. - Design and construction of two 5-story residential buildings comprising a total of 32 apartments. Each apartment ranging from 148 to 152 sq. mtrs. The apartments consist of 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are suites, plus a living room and dining room. All bedrooms and living rooms have their own balcony.

1986 – Bingen – Petrópolis – 1,937 sq. mtrs. - Design and construction of a 5-story residential building of 16 two-bedroom apartments. Each apartment ranging from 77.5 to 85 sq. mtrs. All living rooms include a balcony and each bedroom window has a concrete planter for flowers.

1996 – Bingen – Petrópolis – 1,977 sq. mtrs. - Design and construction of a residential building of 16 two-bedroom apartments. They all have balconies in the living room and bedrooms. Each apartment ranging from 78 to 93 sq. mtrs.

1992 – Bingen – Petrópolis – 2,863 sq. mtrs. - Design and construction of a 5-story residential building of 24 two-bedroom apartments. All living rooms and bedrooms have a balcony. The private area of each apartment ranges from 80 to 90 sq. mtrs.

1984 – Quitandinha – Petrópolis – 1,266 sq. mtrs. - Design and construction of a residential building with 12 two-bedroom apartments, each living room has a balcony. Private apartment areas range from 68 to 72 sq. mtrs.
