Dentsply – 1993 – Bingen – Petrópolis – Design and construction of a cafeteria and a 3-story building for a data processing center for an international dental supply company.

Topmac – 1997 – Itaipava – Petrópolis – 1,125 sq. mtrs. – Design and construction of a 2-story warehouse for a seed factory. The building currently houses a factory manufacturing rectifier machines.
